Shipping rates
Air freight is the same for every destination: the first item costs $20 and each additional item adds $5. Your checkout estimate updates as item quantities change, and the final freight is confirmed from the delivery address when you place the order.

Most orders ship within one business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before the daily fulfillment cutoff are usually prepared the same business day.
Carrier tracking
Shipments may use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or another regional carrier. Select the carrier when known; otherwise Auto detect checks the order record first and offers 17TRACK when no local match is available.
Order confirmation & tracking
After your package ships, the shipping confirmation includes a logistics tracking number. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the carrier first scans the package.
Lost or damaged shipments
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and tracking number so the fulfillment team can review the shipment.
